FA Cup First Round Proper: Draw, date, numbers and Reading FC
The draw for the 2025/26 FA Cup First Round Proper is due on Monday and will be drawn live on TNT Sports following what will be a fantastic weekend of cup football in the famous old competition.
Slough Town are the only remaining Berkshire side in the competition and host Enfield at Arbour Park on Saturday with a 3pm kick-off.
Scott Davies side beat Binfield 3-0 in the week in the County Cup with a strong side and will be marginal favourites for the tie based on National League South league position.

The FA Cup First Round Proper is where the EFL League One and League Two sides join the action. It’s one of the great days on the English football calendar.

When is the FA Cup First Round Proper draw?
The Football Association has confirmed the draw for the 25/26 FA Cup First Round Proper will be televised on TNT Sports 1, discovery+ and on the TNT Sports YouTube page during the pre-match coverage of Worthing vs Forest Green Rovers at approximately 6:40pm.
When will FA Cup First Round Proper matches be played, and what is the prize money on offer?
The clubs that win their FA Cup First Round matches will be due £45,000 each while the losing sides will receive £15,000.
